About MABS Building Solutions.
Marcin Pajak is a professional, university trained builder. He has an inherant understanding of all building works and can usually find a solution for any building problem, from plumbing, to electrical and from interiors to exteriors.
He would describe himself as a ‘Property Technology Engineer’. What does this mean? It means that he can also do technology installations for security systems and WiFi – for all modern housing solutions.
MABS is a solution based building company rather than a problem based one. Solutions are the name of our building game!

We have been helping Hertfordshire with professional domestic and commercial building work for the past 8 years.
Many times we are called in to sort issues that others have been unable to sort. To say that we like a challenge is an understatement! We lovel coming up with solutions for the impossible!
We have vision, we have expertise for both design and function when it comes to building jobs.
We love doing outside work as well and have recently completed a full garden project which included patio, decking and a full cabin office with electrics, air conditioning… the works!
Professional and Reliable Services
Builders have a reputation of being notoriously unreliable. We strive constantly for this NOT to be the case with MABS. We do not take on too many jobs that we can’t deal efficiently with the jobs in hand.
The only time we are not reliable is due to the weather and total unforseen circumstances like floods and any other natural disasters.
Also sometimes a job may take longer because there are hidden issues that we have not forseen.
This can sometimes be the case, but we try to always survey the job effectively in the first instance. We will always communicate and explain any issues.
